Ahipara

The hot sun lays above Ahipara. People are chatting on the side of the road, the fresh hot chips smell from Bidz drawing their attention.

We are located at the southern end of Ninety Mile Beach. Ninety Mile Beach offers tourists lots of new experiences such as  racing motorbikes and by riding horses.

As the road continues it rises up then down to the famous Shipwreck Bay. Shipwreck Bay has an old sunken ship. There is only one part of the ship that is still visible. The 10km. reef flows around the coast from ‘Shippies’ and has several world famous surf breaks.

The community of Ahipara has all the supplies you need. If you are an adventurous person, go on a treacherous journey up the gum fields using quad bikes. Horse treks are very popular too in Ahipara. A long stroll on the beach is a great way to pass time.             

The local fish’n chip shop sells fresh hot chips and fish. Bidz also sells Ice creams, Ice blocks, cans of food and drinks. It has great quick service. The dairy is basically a general store. It sells nearly everything you need.

It can meet your needs.

Ahipara is a great place to go for a holiday. You have many things to do.
